INTRODUCTION

A MANAGEMENT PARTNERS Holding Zrt. was founded in 2008 with the aim of providing professional consulting and comprehensive support to its clients in business management, business development, administrative tasks, as well as project and technology management. The broad and specialized knowledge and experience of the colleagues working at the company have supported the business operations of numerous companies from the very beginning, aiding the implementation of many investment and innovation projects in areas related to food industry technologies, energy, environmental management, and waste management.

At several of its partners, MPH Zrt. has played a leading supportive role in the implementation of projects that were pioneering even by Hungarian standards (e.g., the alternative fuel receiving, preparation, and feeding systems of Mátrai Erőmű Zrt. – GEOSOL Kft., Bakonyi Erőmű Zrt., and Belvárd Power Kft., as well as tourism and technology projects in Tokaj Hegyalja, ...).

In 2015, based on the company’s extensive investment experience and alongside its existing business divisions, the company further expanded its activity portfolio. Utilizing its expertise in large-scale production and operations — and taking advantage of opportunities provided by the GINOP-1.2.1-15 grant awarded to the company — it participated in the establishment of a modern production facility in 2016. This facility provided a stable technical foundation for the manufacturing of high-quality aluminum windows and doors designed for residential buildings, small to medium-sized public buildings, and industrial buildings. Since then, the factory has relocated from its previous, now cramped location to a 1,250 m² manufacturing plant in Balatonvilágos, offering greater opportunities.

The MPH management saw the time in 2023 to rationalize its previously diversified activities by excluding all activities directly related to the aluminum business from the company, thus MPH Zrt. from this point on only focuses on the manufacturing, trading, and installation of aluminum openings, storage structures, and associated auxiliary systems(shading technology, glass railings, and other special structures), as well assupporting related construction industry projects.

OUR MANUFACTURING PLANT

In September 2022, our manufacturing plant moved to the newest hall of the Mathiász Innopark in Balatonvilágos. The production of openings and their accessory elements takes place in nearly 1250 m², of which ~500 m² is allocated for raw material storage and ~580 m² for actual production. Following the house within a house concept, we have set up social blocks, a warming kitchen, a technical preparation office, and a meeting room in a total of 9 20-foot containers on 2 levels. The more than 6-meter ceiling height allows the manufacturing and handling of structures of extreme size and height, which we have been able to utilize multiple times since our move. Our main consideration in designing the plant was to ensure flexibility and the ability to adapt. We believe that a well-configurable plant, expandable both in terms of area and machinery as needed, provides the right solution for the continuously changing market demands. In designing and developing our machinery, our goal is to increase efficiency, ensure flexibility, and reduce manufacturing time. We believe that our plant reflects both the youthful and dynamic outlook of our company and our philosophy, which is:
